Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

Hi !
What can be better than BBQ ribs? Well, what if you are like us...live in the apartment building and don't have a BBQ?! You still can enjoy delicious BBQ ribs but baked in the oven. It takes a little bit longer but trust me, the ribs taste amazing and come out tender and juicy.

Easy to marinade -
1 rack of pork ribs
1 can tomato paste (156 mL)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chili powder
Salt

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
Put ribs into a large roasting pan. Whisk together the tomato paste, orange juice, brown sugar, Dijon, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, chili powder and salt. Pour over the ribs. Cover with foil and bake until the ribs are fork tender, about 2 1/2 hour.
Serve with rice or mashed potato and with your favorite vegetables.
