Low fat tuna salad

1 can light flaked tuna in water, drained
1 carrot, chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2-3 tbs chopped green onion
1 tbs low fat mayo
1 tbs 0% Greek yogurt 
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt, pepper 
Mix everything in a bowl, serve on a multigrain bun.
