Cheese Mushroom soup

Easy and delish! 
You will need: 
Mushrooms cut 2 cups
1 carrot
3 small potatoes
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
3 cheese slices (I used Kraft) 
1/2 cup milk
4 cups of water
Cut carrot, onion and potatoes in small pieces, put in a medium pot and add water. Fry mushrooms in a frying pan with a teaspoon of olive oil, add to the pot. Boil everything until the veggies are soft. Purée it using blender, add cheese slices and milk. Mix until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
