1 cup oatmeal flour
1/2 whole grain oats
2 eggs
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
Mix it all together, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Pour the batter in the muffin tin, add any toppings you wish. And make for about 20 minutes, right until the muffins become all cute and brown.
